Comments: The whole weekend was wonderful! We can only imagine the number of hours the committee spent putting this very memorable weekend together. The book is a treasure. Lunch at the boat house was special. The hotel was so well located. It was nice to have the Friday and Saturday night events there, especially in light of all the rain we got. My daughter in Bloomindale got 5". The weather did not dampen our spirits one bit, though. I got to see classmates I hadn't seen since 1953. For those of you who could not be there, you missed a great reunion. I always thought our class was special and now I know it is. We missed the classmates who have passed away but they are in our hearts.

The welcome, the motel, the food, the updated Pinnacle, the pictured nametags, the roses...all of it was great...even the group picture! I think my husband even had a good time. Your time and efforts are much appreciated by all of us old gals and guys.

Comments: I too had a wonderful time. Not this past weekend dealing with the flooding, but for the past several months as the Class of 1951 Webmaster. Your great reunion committee extended information and files with just a click of a mouse at a moments notice. From rubbing elbows at the cocktail party on Friday eve to the "boat house" luncheon and fun rain storm, and on to the gala on Saturday eve, every inch a perfect experience...thanks to the talented and wondrous committee. You guys make Glenbard alums look really good. Thanks so much...

Comments: The REUNION COMMITTEE can never be thanked enough by us out of towners who just arrived and had the time of out lives, with no fuss and no mess, thanks to their super job of planning, arranging and executing. It could not have been more perfect. When you realize that 3.8 inches of rain fell on Saturday, and it didn't put a bit of a damper in the Reunion activities, you know the planning was perfect. Thanks, Committee! It was great fun renewing acquaintences, and seeing some people for the first time in fifty years. I know the current Committee is all tuckered out from the great job they did, so if anyone lives near Glen Ellyn and hasn't had the fun of planning a Reunion and working on the Committee, now is the time to volunteer for the 55th REUNION COMMITTEE. We'll be there.
